● In August 2002, Xudong Company was founded.
● October 2009, Xudong Plastic Mold (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was established.
● In May 2013, Shenzhen Xudong passed IS09001 certification, and the Company entered the quality and standard management stages.
● In 2014, the Company introduced lots of high precision processing equipment, and its businesses extended all over China, Japan, Southeast Asia, Europe, America and Africa. ● In June 2015, Xudong (Japan) Co., Ltd. was established.
● In August 2016, XUDONG PHILIPPINES INC. was established.
● In 2017, the smart plant line cutting department was established, 8 sets of Sodick high precision line cutting equipment were introduced, and the unmanned intelligent graphite processing center was established, achieving the all-weather continuous processing and improving the production efficiency to the greatest extent.
● In 2018, Moldyun intelligent manufacturing cloud platform of Moldbao was introduced, achieving the semi-automatic processing of mold workshop, fully-automatic detection of robot, improving the production efficiency and quality of mold workshop and realizing the collaborative manufacturing of domestic and overseas plants.
● In February 2019, Xudong Precision Industry Co., Ltd. was established.
● In November 2020, Xudong Mold (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established.
● In December 2020, Shenzhen Xudong gained the “High-tech Enterprise” certificate.
● In June 2021, B9 cloud ERP one-stop enterprise intelligent operation system of FINDERSOFT was introduced.
Thanks to the successful launch of FINDERSOFT’s MOLDERP, the whole-process online integrated intelligent management for mold quotation, design, project scheduling, purchase, machining, pliers work, mold test, acceptance, shipment and receiving, return, repair, maintenance and discarding is realized.

60 Million Baths capital.Total registered captial amount is 100 Million Baths.

54.44% equity share from T&M MANUFACTURING (THAILAND) CO., LTD
